2. Product Authenticity & Condition

  • All watches sold are 100% genuine, unless otherwise clearly stated.
  • Watches are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, consistent with age and previous use.
  • Any aftermarket parts or modifications (if applicable) are transparently disclosed in product descriptions.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed as including applicable TAX.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final price at checkout is considered binding.
  • We accept all modes of payments supported by payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping across India.
  • Delivery time: upto 7 business days (approximate).
  • Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns may be accepted under these conditions:

  • If the item received is significantly not as described (Wrong Product Received).
  • If the item is proven to be not authentic (with verified documentation from brand authorised dealers) within 7 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or same day of authentication.

6. Service & Warranty

  • Automatic/Manual Winding watches come with 6-month warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Water damage
    • Accidental drops
    • Strap/buckle issues
    • Cosmetic wear
    • Third-party repairs or tampering
  • Quartz watches come with 1-month warranty.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Images and videos provided are part of the product description. Customers are advised to review all visuals and details thoroughly before making a purchase.
  • Any tampering with watches post-purchase voids the warranty on the products.
  • Please do not insist on trades and buy-back.
  • Product returned for any reason will be at customer cost and any damage occurred during transit will be a customer liability.
