Refund & Return Policy

At StreetIntel.in, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of pre-owned watches, we follow a strict policy mentioned below:

  • All Sales Are Final
  • Exceptions: Returns or refunds may be considered if:
    • The item received is significantly different from the description or images.
    • The product is proven to be inauthentic, verified by an authorized brand dealer (AD), within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Process: If eligible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to start the return process. Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed after receiving and verifying the returned product. Once approved, we’ll issue the refund via the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider.
